Controlling the Financial Cost of Organizational Conflict
Dr. Dana guides participants through the Dana Measure to establish an understanding of how conflict incurs hidden costs. Each participant is requested to have completed one cost analysis by going to the Conflict Management Toolbox prior to the teleconference. Teleconference participants are offered one complimentary organizational assessment ($500 value). Certification Course registrants may use the Dana Measure in many ways.
