In addition to being a CDP Principal Trainer, Dr. Holly Tompson serves as a Senior Faculty and Executive Coach at the Leadership Development Institute, a network associate of the Center for Creative Leadership located on the campus of Eckerd College.

Holly has taught MBA courses in Leadership Competencies, Conflict Management & Negotiations and International Management and has led over a dozen international study courses for graduate students. Her research and coaching specialties include: developing leadership capacity, managing career transitions, work-life balance and strategic conflict management.

After earning a B.A. from Trinity University in Business Administration she received a PhD in Organizational Behavior from the University of South Carolina. Holly graduated from the Leadership Coaching Program at Georgetown University and is a member of the International Coach Federation with PCC status. In addition to the CDP, she is certified to administer the Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile, Hogan Personality Indicator, DiSC and the Bar-On Emotional Intelligence Assessment. She has been a faculty member at several universities in the US including the University of Tampa and at Florida Southern College.
