Dr. Catherine Carr is a Master Corporate Executive Coach, Supervisor, Psychotherapist, Conflict Coach, Master Trainer for Conflict Dynamics and university instructor with over twenty-five years of experience. She has extensive experience in the public and not-for-profit sector including helping to launch a government-wide leadership and team coaching program. She has broad experience working across government and additional expertise in health and pharmaceutical, Indigenous organizations, mental health, resource, finance, IT and start-ups. Catherine coaches for Ted Talks, supporting environmental and social justice presenters.
Catherine’s early doctorate research advanced the team coaching field. Publications include peer reviewed research articles along with the co-authored High Performance Team Coaching and 50 Tips for Terrific Teams. Catherine is currently Head of the Systemic Team Coaching Practitioner Practicum for the Global Team Coaching Institute, leads Resilience at Work (North America) and co-leads the Systemic Team Coaching Supervision Training.
Dr. Carr is certified and uses numerous psychometric assessments and frameworks including the CDP-I, CDP-360, DISC, EQ-i, Immunity to Change, Leadership Circle, Stakeholder Centered Coaching. Catherine is grateful to do work that supports people to be well, live well and to meaningfully contribute around them and to our world.
