After serving in the German Armed Forces for twelve years as a captain and company commander, Stefan Schoenholz completed a complete career transition in the HR field up to Labor Director, VP HR and international HR Business Partner. He is a highly experienced executive & master conflict coach.

In addition to his expertise from many years of international HR work, Stefan has an extensive network due to his activities as an honorary judge at regional labor courts, on the (regional) board of the DGFP and on the board of health insurance companies and employers’ associations. He devoted himself with particular interest to the topic of “good leadership”, which is why he founded the Institute for Leadership Dynamics together with Frank Strathus in 2011.
